Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and teens (12+) in Burlington, Ontario and virtually across Ontario.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on helping you feel supported, understood, and more connected to yourself.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are navigating the impacts of trauma, some feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or life transitions, and some are looking for support during the teen years.

Below are some of the areas I commonly support in my practice. You don't need to fit neatly into one category. Many people experience a combination of these challenges, and therapy can be tailored to your unique needs.

Areas I Support

Trauma & Relationships

Trauma can affect your sense of safety, trust, self-worth, and connection. Therapy can offer a space to begin understanding these patterns and working toward healing.

This may include:

  • Understanding how trauma may show up in your relationships and self-perception

  • Navigating triggers and emotional overwhelm

  • Building self-compassion and emotional resilience

  • Strengthening your connection with yourself and others

Anxiety & Burnout

You may be carrying stress, burnout, self-doubt, relationship strain, or feeling stuck in the same patterns.. Therapy can offer a supportive space to feel understood, build coping skills, and strengthen self-trust.

This may include:

  • Managing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm

  • Building healthier coping tools and self-awareness

  • Improving self-esteem, confidence, and boundaries

  • Exploring values, identity, and life transitions

Who I Work With

I work with adults and teens (12+) from a range of backgrounds and lived experiences.

As a 2SLGBTQIA+ allied and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to show up as you are.

Your Therapy Space

My Burlington office is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and comfortable.

During your session, this space is yours. You are welcome to sit where you feel most at ease, move around, or settle in however feels comfortable for you.

My hope is that the space feels supportive, grounding, and easy to be in.

You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, therapy can offer a place to slow things down and make sense of what you’re carrying.

The first step is a free 20-minute consultation where we can talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
